white nights 3 ways

Advertisementall white - 3 ways // sarah sherman samuelall white - 3 ways // sarah sherman samuelall white - 3 ways // sarah sherman samuelI can’t wear enough white these days. It’s a nice summer compliment to all the black in my wardrobe and while it may be trickier to go all white at night, I’ve teamed up with Target Style to show you how I’d rock the head to toe colorless look three different ways….

First, and maybe my fave, is a tuxedo vest that I dressed down with some distressed jeans and a white tank, and so it didn’t go too casual, I punctuated the look with some gold heels and gold jewelry.

Next up is a more casual look that can still take you into the night, with a distressed skirt and patterned tank.

The quilted pattern on the skirt and the tonal polka dot on the top, is pattern mixing in its most subtle form.

A few tips to going all white are:
1: Layer it up! A monochromatic look gets extra dimension and visual interest when there is white on white on white (like the first look).

2: Bring on the pattern! Have one piece solid white and one piece patterned like the second look or go pattern on pattern like the third.

3: Accessorize. wearing white from head to toe is the perfect blank canvas to show off a statement necklace or some bold bangles and rings.

Hi- Love the looks! There is no link for the gold double band ring and it’s gorgeous. Can you provide a resource?

  • You look incredible for just having had a baby a few months ago. My baby is now 6 months old and I still can’t wear a crop top :-( What is your secret?! Loving those nude Ferragamo shoes!

    • Hi Jill! Thank you! I wish I had a secret to share but really, I guess it is because I eat pretty healthy (almost unconsciously because it is so easy to in California), and mostly because I get my build from my dad who is 6, 3″ and was always rail thin growing up. I was made fun of for being too skinny in highschool and I remember trying SO hard to gain weight just to fit in. I guess I am finally reaping the rewards now, you might say. :)

Please do more of these Target style posts!!!! So much more attainable for us stay at home mamas who have to pour money into building houses and feeding three hungry boys, instead of cute clothes! ;) Love it. Or, maybe it’s just because I spend all my money at the Gj- establishments… <3

  • I love all three of your outfits but the first and last one are definitely my faves! White on white is the best for any summer outfit. I have to check out Target now.
